A NATION IN
DESPAIR
The unrest that rocked the
nation In recent days till date have clearly spell out the disarray in our
historical linage as a nation (the motherland of multi-sectoral inhabitant). I
once read that the complexity of an entity determined the efficiency and
effectiveness of its functionality and well being. But that seem not to be the
sole attribute of motherland NIGERIA.
By origin of existence every human being is a migrant of their aboriginal habitation be it Afrika, America, Asia, Australia, South America, Europe and the non habitable antarctic to the tiny island of the Maldive. Our popularity as a nation should remain the most populous black nation on earth living in tranquility. Our strength should be as result of the mutual bond binding our diversity.
Our pride as the most religious nation should be a remark of peace&love as every religion will preach.
The kaos and disarray that have
ravage the northern part of the country is uncalled for, in spite of the various
advert on the national television in a quest
to strengthen the oneness, promote peace and the respect for our various
tradition and culture and region believe.
Yet some faceless individual called BOKO HARAM sects whose religion believes symbolizes peace want
to stand for the opposite, staging attacks on para-military and international
NGO’s now reaching out to churches and media houses. Oh motherland (Niger-Area) what is/are your
fate?
